Beth G. Oliva

Associate

Ms. Oliva is a member of the corporate litigation and dispute resolution group and works on complex litigation matters. Also, a significant part of Ms. Oliva's practice involves working with experts and scientific literature to prepare defenses in pending domestic and international product liability litigation.

Before joining Jacob, Medinger & Finnegan, Ms. Oliva worked on complex litigation matters specializing in securities litigation along with general litigation matters. She has appeared before traditional state and federal judicial forums as well as participated in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.  In 2004-2005 she served as a Law Clerk for the Hon. Frederick S. Kessler, J.S.C. in New Jersey Superior Court - Chancery Division, Family Part.
