Mr. Whang specializes in the representation of the firm's clients in complex multi-jurisdictional products liability litigation, and on advising the firm's clients on matters relating to product liability issues. He has worked in managing national and international product liability litigation, including identifying and working with expert witnesses throughout the U.S. and Europe, identifying and reviewing relevant scientific literature within different fields of medicine and science, and all other aspects of trial preparation.
Before joining Jacob, Medinger & Finnegan, Mr. Whang was associated with the New York law firm of Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft.
