Since joining the firm in 1980, Mr. Wrobleski has been involved in product liability litigation and regulatory proceedings relating to consumer products in the United States, Australia and Europe; cases relating to commercial disputes and claims for property damage in state and federal courts, including a series of complex multi-party actions arising from a major fire in a mid-town Manhattan office tower; and the representation of a trade association in connection with state and federal regulation of a nationally marketed consumer product.
