Bryan A. McKenna

Counsel

Mr. McKenna's practice is focused primarily on litigation and dispute resolution in the areas of product liability, corporate, commercial, and real estate law. Mr. McKenna works with technical experts in product liability actions, helping to develop their theories and presentations. He conducts fact-finding investigations and witness development for complex cases. Mr. McKenna has successfully represented clients in a wide range of corporate and commercial disputes, including software and licensing issues, employment contracts, and product distribution. Together with JMF's entertainment group, Mr. McKenna has engaged in litigation and arbitration relating to contract disputes, and advises clients in the field of theatrical production.

In the public interest sector, Mr. McKenna counsels victims of predatory real estate and lending practices, and he has appeared before the New York City Committee on Aging in connection with the briefing paper entitled Identifying and Correcting the Financial Exploitation of Seniors.
