David R. Crittenden

Since joining JMF in 1998, Mr. Crittenden's practice has concentrated mostly on representation of large clients in complex civil litigation and corporate matters.


Mr. Crittenden has experience in products liability, insurance coverage, insurance defense, commercial, and corporate litigation at the trial court and appellate court levels. He has successfully represented clients in the defense of major tobacco, asbestos, and environmental litigation in federal and state courts throughout the United States. Recently, a significant part of Mr. Crittenden's practice has involved working with experts and scientific literature to prepare defenses in pending domestic and international product liability litigation.

On the corporate side, Mr. Crittenden's practice involves the drafting of contracts and consulting on regulatory, legislative, intellectual property and other legal matters in the context of various business proposals for domestic and international clients.
