Arthur Hoffmann has practiced civil litigation since his admission to the bar in 1984. He has been extensively involved in product liability litigation on behalf of the firm's clients in Europe and in the United States. Mr. Hoffmann has handled cases in both state and federal trial and appellate courts involving commercial disputes, real estate, professional malpractice, torts and admiralty. He also has extensive experience in handling complex multi-district litigation arising out of disasters and has conducted fact investigations and discovery in Europe and on the Indian Subcontinent. Mr. Hoffmann joined the firm after practicing as a partner with the firm Windels, Marx, Davies & Ives for eight years.
